Not quite as plain as you expected huh? But yeah, sorry to disappoint you, that’s no joke. And I intend no pun.

Divorcing Couple Splits House into Two, Literally
Here’s something for my comic Monday post.

It all started with some misunderstandings after the husband got sick and the wife failed to take care of her ailing husband. Husband gets mad, of course. Then probably a lot of heated arguments. And finally, a decision that their differences have already reached irreconcilable point.

Want to Save the World? Tell Google How and Get Funded
Got a brilliant idea on how exactly to save the world? Tell it to Google and if they liked it, they’ll fund it.
Google who’s celebrating its 10th birthday this year is running up this project it dubbed as Project 10^100 (that’s 10 raised to the power of 100). Their ultimate goal is to choose up to 5 ’save the world’ ideas that would have the most impact to the world in terms of the number of people who’ll benefit from the chosen projects. Budget is US$10 million and deadline for submission is on October 20, 2008. Learn more about the contest by visiting Project 10^100’s official website.
Just remember though, you won’t get any money if ever you got selected but your idea will. So what’s in it for you? Well, let’s just say fame, a high traffic Wikipedia entry, lots of autograph requests, and possibly, a Nobel prize in the future.
